Michael is founder and Principal of Radner Design Associates, Inc. He brings over 25 years of design and project management experience to a wide variety of project types, especially in institutional, multi-family, commercial, open space and retail settings, from design inception and project permitting through construction. He has particular expertise in participating in multi-disciplinary design teams, collaborating with civil engineers, soils scientists, traffic planners, ecologists, and architects, whether as the prime consultant or as a team member.
Michael has extensive experience in project permitting and presentation to local authorities, which has enabled dozens of projects to move from the entitlement process through construction. He has particular interests in low impact development, environmentally sensitive design, and in applying traditional design principals in contemporary settings to create beautiful and functional places for people.
