Extensive Article 80 BRA review and neighborhood review in Brighton of parking, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, lighting and site improvements.
An interior courtyard amenity space (on top of a parking structure) includes of outdoor cooking stations, natural gas fed fire pit, and a variety of seating and social spaces. Completed in 2017.
