Site planning, landscape design, project permitting and construction observation for LEED Gold rated conversion of industrial/warehouse space to office/flex/R&D space for technology and biotech companies. Renovations include rehab of existing parking, site and landscape lighting, pedestrian environment including installation of permeable concrete unit pavers, and new landscaped building entry sequence. Adjacent to the Minuteman Bike Trail in Bedford, MA allowed for reduction of parking counts.
