Radner Design Associates has been involved in this multi-phase project in Springfield since 2012, creating designs for streetscape, site and landscape improvements. The project includes the rehabilitation of 23 apartment buildings, over 4,000 linear feet of streetscape, and construction of new management and maintenance buildings as well as new surface parking.
